This particular location tends to struggle a lot. Went there two weeks ago, the Frosty machine was down. Came back a few days later and the line at the drive through was not moving, people driving away, someone tried to go in and the doors were locked. This was at lunch time. They weren't closed. Gave up. Went back a couple days later, finally got a Frosty, but no spoon, instead they gave me a straw. Place obviously needs some work.

If I could have given them less than one star I would have. Totally ridiculous! I got a burger and fries. The fries were cold as was the burger which was amazing because I had to wait in line for six cars in front of me. How did it all get cold? Then I had to wait again while they remade it. Only brought the fries out. Had to go back in and get the burger. Then they came back with a fish sandwich and a burger. I was so ticked off instead of saying I got extra I took them both home and threw the fish out! Absolutely horrible!

Today I went to Wendy's on Pearl/Bagley at 10:38 am. Keep in mind this is my first time being at a Wendy's in quite a while.. but I wanted to surprise my kids at school. There was no line at the drive thru, so I pull up and notice the breakfast menu was still up. I asked if they were still serving breakfast, to which the girl on the other end said no, that they were on lunch. I said, "Oh okay, cool. Just so you know you still have your breakfast menu up out here." She asked me to hold on just a minute. About 3 minutes later a woman walks outside and flips the signs to lunch and says "How don't you know what we have, its the same food every day." She then turns back and walks back inside. I pulled up to the window and after i paid and the girl at the window gave me my drinks, I asked to speak to whoever was in charge. Well wouldn't you guess out walks the same rude woman. I confirmed she was the manager, and then asked her how she could be so rude to a customer by saying that. Her response was "I didn't say it TO you". (In other words just loud enough for me to hear, but wasn't looking at me when she said it). She then asked if I placed an order and I said yes and she slammed the window on me as I was speaking. I get all people have bad days, but it's very sad that people like Tequila at Wendy's make it very clear they have no interest in working, and they are a terrible example to other employees. They also gave me 2 fries with a kids meal instead of chicken nuggets and fries.. forgot the dipping sauce for all 3 kids meals and gave me no straws or napkins. A+

This is exactly how our sandwiches were provided to me and my friend. We just lifted the buns and didn’t move a thing. The jr bacon cheeseburger had a single (tiny) leaf of lettuce, the patty was over cooked…it was all just thrown together. This was towards closing time so maybe it’s just a one off thing, this place is usually great in terms of food.

They are never as posted. The dining room is closed all day constantly. Do not expect it to be open
Inside the restaurant they didn't clean the tables very well.
While it is a struggle for all of us, they are trying to keep their employees safe by accepting customers orders through their drive-thru for now. I have found this location a pretty decent one. Keep Safe Ohio!
