Needed to replace a unit I had in my family room after replacing the ceiling due to storm damage. Went to Light My Fire with pictures of the room, and the vent the previous contractor installed without consideration to what type of fireplace would be installed. The team at Light My Fire spoke transparently and said that this vent was specific to a manufacturer they did not carry, and suggested options for proper installation, and referred me to a competitor they knew did carry that brand. That is professionalism. I regret I will not have a choice to use Light My Fire now, but if you do, choose them.

Was gonna stop in this weekend but after reading some of the complaints about rude and nasty customer service I think we will pass and a couple of replies from them didn’t seem professional.

Hi It depends if you go with a gas insert or log set. Log sets are not efficient and usually cost around $2000 installed. Gas inserts are heaters and cost around $4000-7000 installed. Please visit our website at lightmyfirestore.com or make an appointment to visit our showroom.

Hello We have 36 doors on display, so the cost varies. Our least expensive door is $600 plus installation. Our most popular doors are around $1500.
