Reserved a vehicle with a notice of an expected wait time being 6-8 weeks. Kevin asked to put a deposit of $3,000, so I did. Waited 4 months without any update. Requested my deposit back. Then, I cannot get a hold of them. Still struggling to get my deposit back. I am so stressed with this as they purposely ignore me even after several calls, text messages, and voice messages. I need help. @update on 9/13/2022 after several days of the original post. I was told that they sent out a check. Let me see if it comes any time soon. I will update this in a week.

Nick the sales rep made this the 5 star experience and without him I would have rated this place far less and most likely wouldn’t have bought my car here. He was helpful, he advocated for me and reassured me multiple times I was going to get the car I wanted. This is despite the best efforts of some of the other employees who did there best to taint my experience by clearly low balling my car trade in and trying to make me wait 5 hours to print out paperwork for the car. He gave me his personal number and walked me through each step and again made me feel comfortable spending my money there.

I have been looking for a new car because I needed something better on gas so I went to a local car dealership in NY and they were willing to give me $15,000 for my jeep. We decided to keep looking and we came across a Jeep Compass though this dealership for $25,000 and one for $22,000. I lived 3 hours away but I was willing to make the drive. Over the phone they gave me a trade in value of $15,000, I said great and the next day we made the trip out. We get to the dealership and we take the new car out for a test drive. We come back and the sales man told us they were only going to give us $12,400 (which is what I owed for my pay off) after they originally told me $15,000. They said because my car had ALOT rust. My fiancé does all of my car work and they original dealer said my jeep was in GREAT condition and no rust. As we were waiting to see my monthly payments for the car that was $25,000 we had the finance managers desk sitting behind us and all we could hear was him speak HORRIBLY to his staff. We felt horrible for them. Sales man came back and the month payments were so far out of our price range even with the cheaper car. We told him we will just look for cars near out hometown and he said we would NEVER find what we want in our price range. They were pressuring and putting us down. We left, that same day we contacted the first dealer ship. I got the same exact car even a year newer same price in the price range we wanted.
