It was a thoroughly enjoyable, successful, and satisfying experience to work with the Vision Center to find just the right eyeglasses frames for both everyday use and specific computer use. I worked with Monica, Tina, Hannah, and Coleman over the course of my visits to search for, order, fit, and adjust both sets of glasses to my complete satisfaction. I absolutely love this place! It was my first time seeing a new eye doctor and the entire staff was amazing. Everyone was kind, caring and so pleasant to be around. They are very knowledgeable and know how to treat their patients with the best care possible. I couldn’t be happier I changed to this place.

First time going to the Vision Center. I had already purchased frames online but needed the lenses put it. Coleman was who i dealt with mostly. He was very professional and had a great personality. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t try selling me anything that I didn’t need on my glasses which was nice. Afterward I dealt with Hailey who also was GREAT! I plan on making the Vision Center my permanent location for all my eyes needs.

My son had free replacement lenses in case they scratched. The replacement lenses were ordered through Vision Center but when the tech took the original lenses out of his frame that was also purchased at the vision center, the tech broke his frame . They said they will not cover the frame that they broke but did say they would give a 20% discount off if a new frame was purchased. My son can not see without his glasses. This to me is NOT good customer service.

Hello, we do take Medicaid. We take Medicaid by its self or with a Wellsense plan. At the moment we are not accepting Medicare.
