Just stopped in here for first time tonight (6/2/22). I was at the Union County Sports Complex for son's baseball, which is like 3 minutes away from this pub. I would give 6 stars if possible. To start, the nice young lady working the bar (Lindsey) was efficient and incredibly friendly! They have a well rounded draft beer selection and the beer cooler is doing a great job... Ice cold! I had cheese balls and wings and they were both very good and came out very hot. On a side note, I had the hot sesame sauce and also blue cheese... these were both fantastic! The blue cheese had large chunks in it .. seems house made. The owner was walking around and being social and friendly and looks like she was top of everything. Seemed like lots of regulars here, but I was treated like all the rest. I will for sure be coming back and I would highly recommend if you haven't yet tried!! (And always a good sign... The men's restroom was very clean!)

I really enjoy going here! I used to pop in regularly when it was Lucky's and stopped going for a bit because there was some staff turnover and I wasn't really feeling the vibe. But the staff now is incredibly nice and friendly and I'm back to visiting pretty often. The beer is always cold and they have a good selection! I love that they bring in live music and that the new owners support the local sports teams! My only issues are that the days/times they are open seem somewhat inconsistent in the sense that some weeks they are open/closed on Mondays/Tuesdays and some weeks they are not. I do reference their site but it does not seem accurate all the time. I fully understand this is likely due to staffing, but it can still be frustrating, just as it is when they arbitrarily close early some nights. The food is really good but I do have one probably silly sounding complaint. I HATE ketchup, so I put aioli on everything. I don't eat meat or dairy (so ranch is a definite no) so I usually just get their fries and chipotle aioli, which are both delicious and something I look forward to. But the last 6 weeks or so, my server keeps giving me/us what must be chipotle ranch. My friends always taste it for me just to make sure I don't accidentally eat dairy and it has been hit or miss. I said something to my server a couple times ago and she INSISTED it was aioli and even asked the chef and he told her HIS aioli has sour cream in it. Ummmm... NO. Then it is not aioli. Again, this probably sounds like much ado about nothing but to folks like me who rely on consistency, this is disappointing.

I usually enjoy good live music and drinks. Not in this ocasssion.. didn't like wings, or drink.. coctail was awful. The staff really nice . Place look good.
