Five stars for the employees! Great people. One star for the kiosk. Please get rid of this thing! People like to deal with people. It makes the dining experience so much better. We won't return until Steak n Shake does away with the blasted thing!

Nice facility. Enjoyed the kiosk ordering. Food prep was a little slow and the floors are extremely slippery. Food was good and hot and very good! Milkshakes were good but since we didn't get whipped topping you would have thought the shake would have filled up the cup completely, but they didn't. Shakes were yummy though!

Some issue with the app not working so I had to go order in person but the staff was friendly (even 15 min to closing), food was prepared as ordered & was very good. The cashier even honored a coupon from my app even though it was not working fully. The pic is of their mascots 😄 2 black & white kitties who appear well fed by customers 😂

Pretty good cheeseburger and which service. This restaurant no longer offers table service, a casualty if the pandemic. You order and pay for your food at kiosks at the front of the store. When your order is ready, you can pick it up at the counter. The fare is standard burger joint, but well executed. I ordered a steak burger with cheese and a cup of chili. The burger was average size but well presented. The chili was not as meaty as it once was, but still hearty. Overall, a good place for a quick bite while you're on the road.
