My go to car wash. Always does a great job keeping all my vehicles clean. Multiple selections all of which get your vehicle nice and clean.

The water jets are not powerful enough to clean your car. Simple as that. I get my work van cleaned every weekend and this is the worst it has ever looked. Complete waste of money. Could as easily gotten my van cleaner with just a garden hose. Washed it during the night time and when I saw it the next morning I was disgusted

I had an issue with the manual wash. A lot grease was on the brush and I couldn't get my car clean. The operator gave me a free automatic wash. I appreciate people who do business like that, I will be returning.

Captain Car Wash is a welcome addition to the Gahanna community. I really like the fact that they give you the option of a touchless automatic car wash right next to a do-it-yourself wash rack experience. They have multiple bays for each of them and they are co-located with an oil change facility. It is really really convenient, especially given the fact that the car wash stalls are open 24 hours a day. While I am a big fan of the touchless nature of the car wash, I have noticed that periodically some of the dirt low on the rocker panels of my car doesn't get removed as thoroughly as it might. Having said that, I find them to be a great convenience at a fair price.
