these people are all Rocks stars.. Sad update. I just took my son to the emergency room because he was in distress and could not breathe. We walked in the emergency room my son in my arms and the reception told us to take a seat someone will be with us shortly. We were the only ones in the emergency room the receptionist talked to the girl she was talking to for another 10 or 15 minutes and then they both got up and walked away apparently they were coworkers. That's when I stood up and said in loud voice is this an emergency room or not because I have an emergency. That's when 2 security guards popped out of nowhere and started looking at me ominously 5 minutes later some person in scrubs was walking by and said have you been helped and I said no my son is out here weezing can't catch his breath and nobody cares . Oh yeah and they had a security guard shadow me the rest of the time I was there Shameful

I was admitted to the emergency care unit due to weakness and sleep medication issues on August 19. All the Emergency nurses were helpful and well trained. RN Ally Chase was exeptionally helpful: she found time to monitor my much needed shower, provide proper sized PJs- and volunteered to change by bed linens. Great nurse! I also appreciated the support from Nurse Practioner Jessica Lawrence. She is skilled in her field, and also invested time (from her busy schedule) in my issues to provide treatment options. Thanks to all at Falmouth Hospital!

Rude, unprofessional, lazy, and dismissive at best. Down right dangerous at their worst. After a physician made fun of me for being scared to get stitches (which I tried repeatedly to report only yo never actually be contacted by anyone from the hospital) I said I would never go back. Well I tried again when I had a transcrsnial ischemic attack. The physician was once again incompetent and horrifyingly nasty. Never even bothered to do any cardiac investigation. He said my hypertensive crisis was due to a neck injury it could happen at that level of pain. So I asked if we could do anything for the pain and was told no, they would not treat pain that was so severe that I started to stroke out from it. Then sent me home. Primed for another TIA. If they haven’t killed sone one yet they will someday. I just hope it’s not me, from a stroke while I wait 3 months for pain management. 2 paramedics and 3 nurses were absolutely horrified that I was being discharged. Furthermore I was never actually told my diagnosis. I read it on my discharge sheet. I received absolutely no information or education. I essentially had a stroke and then sent me home without treating what they believed was the route cause or giving me any information as to how to go forward.

Visiting hours are 12-6. Only 1 visitor per day per patient.
Do you mean zoom? Not very knowledgeable about that. The hospital did mention you could speak with a doctor virtually.
It will be in your charts at Dr Office as results are directly forwarded to him.
