I called and scheduled an appointment same day. When I called prior to the appointment their line was busy. When I arrived, they closed shop an hour earlier then they said on the website. I was ignored while knocking on the door in the rain. I needed my bridesmaid dress tailored. The shop looked disorganized and messy. I worry that my dress could be returned stained or dirty. I won’t be requesting their services.

Mr. Sohn is a credit to his profession. I had him re-do the cuffs on a 10 yr old Majestic Red Sox pullover of mine and replace a zipper on some shorts that are like an old friend that I didn't want to give up. The cuffs look better then they did new. I really can't describe how pleased I am.
