Quit while your ahead and go elsewhere. Any business that goes into my car, removes filters and opens the hood before they've even acknowledged that I'm there or asks what I want, isn't a place I'll be doing business. Meanwhile, attitudes much???

Would give less stars if I could. Manager is rude and unprofessional. The store's credit card processor was not working and the Manager comes in and without expiation says I have to go get cash, which I did not have time to do. I was in a hurry and this is a quick lube facility. They could not even give me a receipt for the amount I owed or services rendered (but they wanted cash.). After things devolved into a yelling match, I asked for a managers phone number and was given down a fake number. I called the store for the number again and she gave me another fake phone number. have been having my vehicles serviced at this location for many years but will never go back again.

Once again, Jiffy Lube helped me when I was in a bind! I was overdue for an oil change and then figured I'd better get it done when a new indicator light came on about compromised engine performance. The technicians at Jiffy Lube on Hartford Ave. got me in quickly and helped diagnose the sensor problem. In doing so, my mind was put at ease. I'm liking Jiffy Lube more and more each time I go!
