I called and someone answered. She was courteous, understanding, and professional. She was able to assist me with my small issue and I was just amazed because people rarely answer the phones at most establishments . I was very impressed and this was my first time ordering food at this location! I had a great experience!

I must say had it not been for the Brownie bites and Front of House manager, the rating would have been much lower. The waitress was unknowledgeable about the drink menu, this was after she watched us from the corner for 3 minutes before coming over. We went with the burgers, which were charcoal like, the fries were plentiful but 35% were the brown ones that get left at the bottom of the bag. Overall, C minus.
