I have frequented this checkers several times and it doesn’t matter whether I’m person or DoorDash they always have a lack responsibility about their job… they will give u anything or substitute anything for what they don’t have instead of fire warning and the manager is well aware of this.. they will run your transaction on your card knowing they have run out of everything from cheese to fries to shakes to burgers! They are very unprofessional and and out of order.. I guess this is how they do people in black neighborhoods.. they just don’t care how the service is!!

The problem with this place is the staff. The guy that wants to be a woman on the night shift is the worst. Last night I seen an employee grabbing fries with his hands (he had on gloves) as the other employee lifted them out the oil, at some point I believe the hot oil burned the glove and his hand... just unsanitary, rude....

Honestly, you're about as hit and miss as you can with if it's going to be quick or if you're gonna be here in the drive thru for almost thirty mins. I've been there in the afternoon on a weekday and it's been quick, been there in the evening on a weekday and weekend and have spent probably 30 mins or so in the drive thru alone. I've never had an issue with my food not being hot or issue with taste, but beware regarding how long it may actually take you to get your food.

I haven't been there enough to know who you are talking about. FYI, call there corporate office and report your experience to them. It will also be a great idea to send a letter as well. I can honestly say from experience when you do that corporate will take action.
Don't go there employees are confrontational disrespectful and they are not on the same page when it comes to working together as a team

The need better customer service and they need BOTH drive-thrus functional! I agree, however the food is consistent and fresh, they just be slow-foodies instead of fast-foodies.
This Checkers makes the best smoothies and ice cream cones.🤩😍😋 And the prices of Checkers food items are inexpensive. Especially, if you get the specials. However, they have been understaffed or something, because, I have waited a long time for my food, sometimes.
Maybe their actually closed.
