I always eat breakfast when dining at IHOP outside of the hot water for the tea is never hot , however that issue maybe fixed , the food is always good the staff is always good. I ordered brioche French toast bacon and square potatoes fried crispy with peppers

Great experience! Pretty much no wait and food came in really fast, well cooked! Waitress was very nice as well.

The last two times I ordered food it wasn't right. Short stack shorted a pancake. Then the next time they only cooked one side of the pancake. I'll keep my money from now on!!
