The Conway House is a safe place to stay! They help the families in need. They are strict but its for all of the families safety. The fact that people can't follow the rules doesn't make it a bad place. Some of the people that stay there are the ones that can't follow the rules and speak negative. Also when your in need you take what's given to you and appreciate it!

Terrible place to shelter families. They are placed there and are not helped. The staff do not transport or provide adequate employment, outreach, job placement, or housing search workers. Some not all don't even like their job. And walk around with attitudes all day. And write you up for non compliance for things they dont even help you follow through with. Which is there Job.

If you are homeless turn down the Conway house it is extremely putrid if you have to stay in the ea room it is a really bad place i even took alot of horrible pictures to show how bad it is even the frige is horrible

Marz Valentin You are correct. Worst pkace ever. They don't helo the families. They place them there and leave them with no help. No travels. No way to get to appointment. Or Housing search, nor Job Specialist or Housing search workers. And then want to write them up continuously about non compliance. The juds are continually sick. The place us nasty. And most if the staff are incaple of showing compassion. My daughter is there and I'm doing my best to try and get her out of there.

I have a friend who needs a place to stay. She is 50 years old and a very good person. I wish I could take her in but don't have room. I live in Lakeville and if she can get a room at your place I will be close by and able to help. Do you have room?

Conway house is a family shelter, families with children. I would suggest she call father Bills Mainspring in brockton or go to the DTA office at 60 Main st Brockton for assistance

Do you take clothing for women? They would be business/business casual, mainly pants and tops.

Conway House is a family shelter, the 18 yr old would have to be with a parent. The DTA office decides where to place families, it's not a walk in shelter, like the Pine Street Inn.

Do you have the need for volunteers and if so, what types of things do you need volunteers to do and when?
