I have had awesome experiences at this UHaul! My move has been stressful and overwhelming, and I have come in almost every day (I live 5 minutes away) to get new supplies or ask other questions and everyone who works there has gone above and beyond to help me out. I was charged $300 more than I was expecting and did not receive any receipt as to why I was charged. I tried calling, emailing, and online chatting with U-Haul with little success. I went back into the store and the employees were not able to assist me with the rental since it was already returned. They did find that I was charged for damage on the driver side door, which is not accurate. When I returned my vehicle, I am confident that there was not additional damage from my short time of use. When returning, I parked the car in the return area, waited for a few minutes and when no employee came out, I walked into the store to ask for next steps. The employee grabbed the keys from me and said I was good to go and that they would email me a receipt. If I would have known this would cause an issue, I would have requested to look over the vehicle with the employee to ensure that no new damage was found. In addition, I also paid to have truck insurance, allowing a max charge of $150 is any damage was done, and it was not applied to this situation either. I have tried resolving this charge several times and have had no success. It takes a long time to get ahold of anybody. Most of the employees I have spoken to have been very short and cold with me and will not work with me on the issue. Do not use U-Haul, find a different company that will accurately charge you and clearly communicate with you.

What a wonderful, stress free experience!! I am road tripping and needed a hitch receiver installed. I ran a little late due to Denver traffic. Dylan was able to take my car in and get the installation done in such a timely manner, much quicker than I was anticipating. Thank you guys for the kind and efficient service!!

Helping family members move is often a stressful time, especially when the move day is a snow day! The team at U-Haul were professional, kind and helpful. Not only in processing the reservation and getting me the truck I needed but they also took the time to adjust the mirrors for me as well! Thank you all for making a great rental experience!
