I very much recommend you not to have your prescriptions filled here. While I’ve almost always had great interactions with the pharmacy techs, I’ve had the same prescription deleted from my account on three separate occasions now. I don’t mean canceled, I mean there is no record of the medication on Walgreens’ website under my account or any way to request a refill. I’m not sure if this is a system error or someone doing their job incorrectly but I’ve called my doctor and I’m having my prescription sent to the Walgreens on federal (300 S federal) because I know the pharmacist there is very good at his job. Would give 0/5 if it were possible, this sort of incompetence is unacceptable for medications that could literally be life or death.

The reviews are correct. Use another pharmacy at all costs. I stopped in this afternoon knowing that my prescription wouldn’t be ready and they told me to come back at a specific time 45 mins later. I came back 1 hour 30 mins later knowing that they were busy. The lady told me it wasn’t ready and was rude about it. I asked her why they would set an expectation they couldn’t hit? I truly didn’t care what time they told me, I simply didn’t want to sit in Walgreens waiting for 45 mins…. Well, here I am… I can tolerate things taking longer but won’t tolerate being treated rudely.

Be prepared to wait forever. This pharmacy is an absolute joke. Prescriptions will be filled one week after a doctor calls it in. The line is a minimum of 30 minutes and as long as an hour or more. The techs are condescending and rude consistently. I would rather pay triple for my prescriptions elsewhere than deal with the clowns at this pharmacy.

Like others, I have now left Walgreens due to their inability to fill my prescriptions in a timely manner, long lines and horrible customer service. The pharmacy is endangering their customer's health by their failure to timely provide medication.
