Bathroom and showers not in park.....Showers at Travel center $15.00. Great long, wide, sites, but gravel, although level. Casino games, machines tight Great Golf course.

Cute little park with lots of pull thrus, inside an old olive Grove. Wifi only worked for phones, but was available, no cable but 10+ channels on antenna. Close to town and freeway.

Depends on trailer size and spot location. Usually $370 is the lowest rate and rises from there. Includes wifi, garbage/sewer but not electric. Great management and staff.
