Turned into another fast food joint only dirtier..ffloors, windows, tables and chairs were disgusting. We had to ask the cashier for something to clean our area with..poor girl was running tables, orders and supposed to clean by herself..food was meh!

Newly remodeled but service was slow. There were 3 in our party and they served us one at a time with several minutes in between. My burger was very salty tasting. Hopefully just caught them on a bad day. I'll give them another chance.

This review is from a recent experience this past week last week. I went to get my fiance something to eat. I ordered it in the drive-through. I ordered it wrong and the restaurant was kind enough to remake it but they did not remake it the way I ordered it. I ordered 2 fresco melts I did not know they had sauce on them which is what I forgot to take off, But I ordered it with extra meat that it's on my receipt.. So when the restaurant remaid my sandwiches with no sauce they wanted to argue with me about my extra meat. Yes there's 2 patties on the sandwich that I paid for more is made for more. I had never ordered the sandwich ever . I did not approve of the cook coming off and catching an attitude with me over the sandwich that I paid $20 for. I even gave my receipt to them them. The phone number is disconnected so you can't even call the restaurant and I was brought and I wasn't coming back a 4th time For somebody to spit in my fiance food.

D I Y COOKING

I went to steak n shake tonight around 8:00pm. I just want to say that every staff member that I encountered was very polite and friendly. My wife and I are happy to go back to an establishment where people seem happy to work there. Kudos to the training manager and drive thru staff!
