I have yet to be disappointed by any Drury Inn and this one was no exception. Our stay was wonderful! They offer complimentary dinner, drinks, a hot breakfast. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The hotel was kept up very nice and our room was perfect! Whole experience was terrific!! Thank you!!

The staff at this property are fantastic. We arrived at 2 AM, the night Manager made sure we were picked up from the airport and had our room key ready. Each interaction over our two night stay was great. They were helpful and made our stay very comforting. Food was good quality and saved us time both in the morning and the evening. The location was centrally located and convenient for our trip but the neighborhood was not the best. The facility was plenty secure including the parking lot. Overall good place to stay at a fair price.

We stayed from 4/9 to 4/16/22 and we had an amazing family vacation in Atlanta. Every single person we came in contact with at this hotel location was Fabulous especially Michael at the kickback each evening. He included our son by making him Shirley temples and was so nice all week in doing what he could to provide a great experience. We loved our stay for the week!!! Here are just a few very small items of feedback: 1. Provide a cookie or something sweet at kickback 2. Provide a kids friendly drink option at the kickback in case Shirley temples are unavailable haha 3. Provide crackers for soup and chili at kickback 4. Provide bread option at kickback 5. Like kickback, provide some rotational items for the breakfast- bacon, pancakes, French toast etc It was a 5 star stay for us but these few changes would have made it even better! Thank you!

0 stars should really be an option but in any case, me and my 3 kids flew in from Phoenix to scope out Augusta because we're thinking about moving here. I booked my flight and reserved a room for one night so that we could rest up before heading to Augusta to begin our house hunting only to get to the hotel and find that some lady had canceled our reservation? Why? Because it was late and according to her no one should be checking in at that point(it was after 3am). Like, it's my fault my flight was delayed. Or my fault because my daughter needed wheelchair assistance we had to be last off the plane. Or my fault the rental car place only had one person working the counter. Besides, I had called ahead of time and asked if getting in after 2am was too late and was to it was fine because after all, it's my reservation. I technically would have had the room until 11am. She says they dont have anymore rooms available. The lady also had the audacity to tell me I should have booked an earlier flight. Southern hospitality my butt. Not only did you highly inconvenience me, you're rude on top of that. As I'm sitting in the car calling around trying to find another hotel, she comes to the window. Like, go away; all of a sudden you have room?! So now, myself and my kids, including an infant are sleeping in the rental car for the night. Do I really want to move here?
