Just boating and fishing. You should check out Cedar Rock Park. In the southern part of Almance County. They have a great water falls and hiking trails. You can Google the website for more information on the park. Good luck and have fun.
No there is no camping the lake closes every evening at 8pm and you have to be off the water by 7pm. If you know someone that has property that ajoins the lake you can camp.
There is no swimming in the lake but you can ride jet skis.
