It is based upon income. My mom and dad have loved here for many years. Everyone knows you and are very helpful and friendly. The manager I've met a few times she is very caring and she takes good care of the occupants and the facility. When I get older my husband and I may apply. Much success to you.

Sorry but no you they dont feed elders rather family members buy it or you have to go out and buy food

A waiting list is in place. The time will be from six months to a year. It is a great place to live. If you call the office they will send you an application or if you are close by you can stop in and pick one up. My wife and I have been her a bit over a year and 1/2 and really like it. You are close to evetything.

No mass transit near this area. Shopping store's nearby are Walmart and Kohl's. Several groceries stores to choose from.
