I had a sewer pipe break in my basement. The smell was horrendous and we couldn't stand to be home in this heat we have been having this summer. Servpro sent out a crew and what an amazing experience we had when dealing with a situation as horrendous as this!! In no time they had the mess cleaned up and the smell GONE! I had dealings with both Lauren and Rose in the office and I must say, they handled my attitude/frustration, VERY WELL and we're such sweat hearts. They really understood what I was going through. Great experience from beginning to end. They came out, inspected my flood damage and walked me through the process. The began work quickly and Rose (in the office) was such a blessing to have when dealing with the insurance company! They took the stress out of the cleanup process. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
