Set up a tour with this place and never received a confirmation email. When I called after the weekend, they kept saying that yours are done with external agents and someone will call us back. Got a call back a day later confirming Friday at 3:30pm. I work in Boston and i had to leave work early to drive an hour in rush hour traffic. When I arrived, no one was around and all the leasing and management offices are closed. This is a horrible first impression and it gets people to think the lack of assistance one will get if they sign a lease and have to live in the disorganized cluster, going forward. When we called customer service, the first hung up on us, as she didn’t sound like she knew what she was doing, and the only thing that the second customer service worker could do is take down our information so that someone can call us back. We’ll save ourselves the time and money and we will not be coming back. If anyone reads this from Queen Anne, please forget calling this number.

Dear Queen Anne's Gate Management Team: I hope that this finds you well; it was a pleasure to meet you a few weeks back. As discussed, I wanted to let you know just how great your Maintenance Technician, Carlton, is. About a month or so ago, late on a Saturday afternoon, my garbage disposal stopped working during a dishwasher cycle leading to water spilling from underneath my sink. I was able to stop the spill and contain it, but I still had no idea as to what was causing this. I made a service call to you folks and within 15-or-so minutes I received a return-call from Carlton letting me know that he was on his way. From the moment that he walked into my unit, Carlton was nothing but diligent, prompt (especially for a weekend eve), extremely good-natured and well-humored along with being very informative and above-board-as to what the job entailed. Within five or ten minutes, Carlton let me know that he needed to run out briefly for a replacement disposal. Within another ten, he was back with a new unit and had it up-and-running in no time (and still smiling!). Thus far, I’ve not had a single problem and I really appreciate that (!!!). I’ll be perfectly honest here, I’ve lived in a few places in the area similar to Queen Anne’s Gate in the Weymouth area and I’ve never experienced the top-flight service that Carlton provided to me on that day. It’s worth its weight in gold. The best way for me to describe it is that it was nothing but an extremely favorable customer service experience, all due to Carlton, and one that’ll I’ll not forget for a long while. I have lived in Queen Anne's Gate for many years. I stay here because it really feels like home. The apartments are beautiful and well kept. All you have to do is call for anything and maintenance or management will address the problem asap. The grounds are beautiful. They plant different flowers for different seasons.
