All the Dolben company cares about is the bottom line ($$$$$). The leasing team is great but unfortunately they only have so much power when it comes to dealing with certain issues. For the money we pay here I expect so much more.

Family treatment! Michael, Chelsea, and Tevin are Amazing! I moved in November 2020, Michael and gradient staff did everything in their power to accommodate me and family. The maintenance team is also great and will fix everything within a day. The parking garage right under the apartments is a luxury! Did not shovel once last year! 😅 We really enjoyed the amenities- clubhouse, gym, and pool! We will miss this place! Than you for everything Gradient!

Unfortunately, we do not offer three-bedroom apartment homes, but we have two-bedroom apartment homes with additional space. We offer the option of a two-bedroom with a den, a two-bedroom with a loft, or a townhome with an additional study room.
Our standard move-in cost is your first month's rent plus a $1,000 security deposit. We may request a total of up to the first and last month's rent + the security deposit. This amount is determined by our screening process which entails a credit check, sex offender background check, and three years of landlord history.
We are a pet-friendly community that welcomes both cats and dogs, with certain breed restrictions on dogs. We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment home and there is a $35 monthly charge per cat and a $50 monthly charge per dog.
Our community offers free outdoor parking on a first-come, first-serve basis. We also offer assigned underground garage spaces at an additional $75/month.
Unfortunately, utilities are not included. Residents are responsible to cover water, sewer, gas, and electricity. However, our apartment homes are brand new and energy-efficient.
