General manager Theresa is a horrible racist I have caught her talking in Spanish to her employees about myself and other customers! Guess she doesn't think people who are not Hispanic can understand spanish !!! Me and my family go to this McDonald's all the time and the only time I have problems is when she is there she has called me a liar, blamed me for McDonald's app issues, refused to accept valid coupons or offer any solutions to problems they cause through their negligence. I have reported them numerous time for serving expired food on back to back days even after it was brought to their attention.

Every time I go here my order is wrong & it’s extremely frustrating. Not trying to be rude, but having people that don’t speak English training more people that don’t speak English isn’t the way to go, half the time they don’t even talk to you!! It’s crazy, not even “hello”! She didn’t even tell me my total today!! I just handed her what I expected to cover it. I know plenty of people that have applied here & got denied.. for what reason? It’s the only fast food place that isn’t 20-40 minutes away, the least you could do is run it right. Poor management & poor service. Won’t be back for awhile as this is the 5th time my order is wrong. I know it’s fast food, but my order shouldn’t be wrong every time it’s actually ridiculous. & I see no one reads these reviews. Same complaints after months. Maybe someone needs to call corporate & then they’ll get their you know what together.

How is this McDonald's in business? Every time the fries are cold and my burger is pink. PINK. Bro how can a 1mm burger patty be raw? I go back and I'm like "there's no way it's still bad" but it is still bad. It's still very bad.

Had very few good experiences here, foods typically always on point but when it comes to the staff some have terrible attitudes, I get they deal with some real.winners but you should never pass that on to the next customer..also have had a few instances when I forget to check the bag upon getting my order, like we all do, and got home to have to drive back out to get my order fixed or items that were missing.
