I had an appointment at 12pm for a single tire change. I was told 1 hour it would be complete. Every time I called for an update they said your truck is the next one in. 6 hours later my truck for a single tire change was finally complete. I called corporate after the 3rd hour and I never even had the courtesy of a call back. The incompetence shows. Very unprofessional. Why make an appointment? Next time I'll pay a few bucks more somewhere else for better customer service and care.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Were a real lifesaver and were able to squeeze me in! 4 new tires and away I went. I called multiple other tire shops in the area and they were unable to help. So all the stars go to Mavis!

Jamie and his crew are the best! There was a lot of damage to my truck and Jamie was honest with me about everything and even gave me as many discounts as he could to help me with the price! Not to mention he had it done in two days cause I told him it was my only car! I highly recommend Mavis and everyone who works there, not to mention they have warranties on all their work just in case. I won’t bring my truck to any where else.If they are cable to do it no where else I’d rather take my vehicle!

I came into the shop to get an alignment and oil change last week. I was helped by two men by the name of Joe and Devin. They were awesome! I became very impatient because I had to be somewhere at a specific time. They were extremely patient and polite with me despite my anxiousness. They kept me posted and I didn’t really have to ask “how much longer” because they’d let me know every few minutes what was being done at that time, which I appreciate. I highly recommend coming here! Clean and friendly environment. Will definitely be back! ( Let’s hope it’s not for a while though ) lol. 10/10
