I arrived at the emergency room due to an irritation in almost my entire body due to poison aby and they left me waiting, they only took my data and after waiting 7 hours they gave me 3 pills and told me to come back if you continue with the discomfort, well the medicine did not work 100% I couldn't recover for 3 weeks now I'm back and I've been sitting in the waiting room for 8 hours with an irritated body and they only called me to go to another room I don't think there is much attention here for humanism they accept you here but you almost have to get sore dead Lara that they can serve you too bad ππ

My husband took our 2 year old son here on 9/1/22 because we thought it was supposed to be better than the Concord ER at the hospital. Sadly we were VERY wrong, this was much worse. The other poor reviews are spot on, and the fact that this poor service keeps happening even though they appear to respond to the poor reviews (even the much older reviews!) just shows that nothing is being done about this place. My son had nursemaids elbow (a type of dislocation that he has a known history of) and was clearly in pain. When they checked in there was barely anyone there. The triage nurse gave my son a syringe of Ibuprofen, which wouldn't have been necessary since the quick maneuver the docs typically do resolves the dislocation and pain instantaneously. For some reason they felt the need to order an x-ray which was completely unnecessary since a simple exam and reported history would have told them what was wrong.... seemed to just want to bill insurance for an unnecessary procedure. The girl at the front desk was dozing off as she scrolled thru her phone and was completely unknowledgeable about wait times or anything going on. If your employees have the time to scroll and sleep, they have time to peak in the back and get a little info for patients who are waiting in pain. My husband ended up leaving and going to the Concord ER where they took them back, did a quick exam to verify the problem and fixed him. It's not the wait time.... I think most people expect that. It's the terrible lack of customer service and zero empathy for people that come to places like this for care and compassion. Trust the other poor reviews, go somewhere else if you can.

We took our toddler there for abdominal pain and diarrhea that she had after Covid for 2 weeks. We were there 5-6 hours and all they did was run a urine test and chalk it up to Covid. Turns out she had SALMONELLA. Iβm very disappointed in the service that was provided

I normally don't post reviews but I went to the ER on Friday August 26th with a severe sore throat. Andrea the PA was so very helpful and nice. Dr. Patrick Lam did an amazing job on the procedure that had to be done. The whole team was amazing. I went there in tears from the pain and left a brand new person. I cant thank ya'll enough!!! I highly recommend Lane st ER!!

I'm surprised that you got pain meds, it's a wonder they didn't acuse you for just wanting to get pain meds to get high on. JUST saying
