Had to go and something delivered back to Amazon because I bought it by mistake and they were very polite.

I went in to bring back an Amazon bought item. I gave Jim (store owner) the item in a bag plus the paperwork and told him I was sure if he needed the paperwork or the ID code from the Amazon website. Jim was extremely hostile and said they don’t take returns that aren’t packaged in a box. I told him Amazon’s instructions say differently and asked if he would let me show him the email. He kept talking over to me telling me no. I was eventually able to get a word in and showed him the email. He scanned the email and told me if I gave him a bad review he would respond saying it wasn’t true. Absolutely disgusting how he treats people coming into the store. I would recommend for anyone to try one of the other close UPS stores before having to go here and deal with Jim’s abuse. Hopefully someone from UPS sees how he is representing their company.

Hi Varuna. Thank you for the question. Unfortunately we do not offer package pickup right now. Occasionally we will pick up a large item that we have been contracted to package and ship, but those are usually higher cost jobs (and we charge a fee for the pick up service). For "normal" packages, we ask that you bring it by the store during our open hours. Thanks again. - jim
