Great for families to picnic and swim!
Good Ole Tom _
Went here for the open house and Canoe cruise. It was nice. I know this place can get crowded during the summer. Some play the music a little too loud. It was not too crowded the day I went. It is not free, $8 and over $30 if you are not from MA.

Listen buddy dont listen to them, there just normal people. They dont know any better... Look at my review.. I camp every where any where when ever I want... When it comes to any state forest or Park just keep it simple.. Your there to enjoy the beauty and game if need be.. Not to literally camp in one spot and make it look like a apartment... Use what the land has to offer the best you can to cook eat ext... This way when morning come and time to explore u bring all your gear with you than set up camp else where only leaving ashes at worst behind....
Yes, a somewhat smaller skate park... near the school and armory, east of the 'main entrance'...
