My family and I were traveling and decided to stop in for lunch...MISTAKE!! It started from the time we walked through the door the bathrooms were disgusting. Then we get to the counter and who I believed to be the manager spoke to her employees so very rudely. When she spoke to customers before us she laughed at the lady because she stated that she had not ordered yet. She left. Then it was our turn the manager yelled at the girl who started to take our order. Told her to count her drawer and told the kitchen to stop making food. Then told someone in the drive thru to take our order. So very disappointed in the way the management talk to her employees. I am in management and that is no way to talk to employees and/or customers alike. I know your response will be sorry for your experience and hope you will come back. We did not eat there at all and most definitely will not stop there again. Manager needs to be reviewed for sure.

Worst restaurant in thomson Ga period had to wait 5 minutes before someone come to take our order then they said a 25 minute wait on burgers and the were rude af in the process

Krystal in thomson has gotten worse, they are very slow when noone is in the line. U ask for mustard and pickles on ur Krystal and they only put a tad bit of mustard and no pickles. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And that's not the first time this happened
