I was coordinating a bed delivery for my mother in hospice. They never called me to give a delivery time (despite multiple requests) and when they got to my mom's apartment, couldn't even say what apartment number they were going to and left. Then the supervisor lied to me about a new delivery time. When we finally got the bed they took the old bed's mattress for half an hour only to bring it back because they misread the order. A total clusterfork. Only giving two stars a previous delivery guy was so awesome.
