Horrible service. Workers have no sympathy for recovering addicts. The service they do give is to just show up and give you suboxine. Therapists say how are you and see you next time. Useless. 1 out of 10.

This place is TERRIBLE. No one really cares about your recovery. It’s a revolving door just waiting to charge your insurance. Get ready to wait hours to get into a pointless appointment that lasts 5 minutes. While you watch people who checked in after you get right in and out. Then when you inquire about what the wait is they just give you attitude and lies The secretaries are jaded and obviously don’t care about anyone’s sobriety. The only decent human being in the building is the security guard. I would try every other possible option before coming to this poor excuse for a doctors office.

Either ask the pharmacy for an emergency supply; pharmacy’s are usually willing to give patients a 2-3 day supply for meds that they have a steady history of; or call the customer service line. They have an option specifically for this. All doctor offices have someone on call 24/7. The doctor will look at your last visit, see if you are owed a Rx and prescribe one if so.

If the consistency was there to make sure these people were getting there suboxin script to the pharmacy for they can feel better, but no so we have to try to find on the street. So,how can they expect to get better

The scripts are sent electronically and there is also a national website to see if ANY controlled substances, such as suboxone, are filled and picked up. So your point is mute.
