I went into Elliott’s when Mr. Elliott still worked in his store. He saw me looking for something that a DO had recommended to increase peptide production as a remedy for my perpetually irritated gut. He told me he wanted to know two things: the type of work I did and what I ate in the morning. I said outside sales and cereal and fruit. He shook his head and said that there wasn’t anything wrong with me that a proper diet couldn’t fix. He recommended an egg and toast in the morning to inject protein into my morning routine. Then he recommended a book in his store on how to eat in the right sequence. Within a short time, my stomach issues were resolved. That man was my hero. I am an Elliott’s customer for life.

The very knowledgeable staff, Alexandra + Michael, are truly Superb at the Greenback Ln. store in Citrus Hts! Super Customer Service! Every staff member at at all 3 stores, “goes the extra mile” for every customer! And continue the Elliott’s family tradition since 1952, at all 3 stores in Folsom/Citrus Hts./+ Sacramento. And the younger Elliott owners are following in their famous parent’s footsteps!! Such a gift to all of us!

A disappointing decline in service. As recently as Aug 21, I no longer get greeted, acknowledged, or asked if I need assistance. Associates seem occupied with computers and calls, even so much as not noticing customers waiting to check out. At that, the service during check out was borderline rude and not particularly helpful. I used to seek this store as a source of health, both of body and mind, but I will seek holistic goods elsewhere.
