Went here 17 minutes before they closed for a simple question, this guy was rude and said I needed an appointment just for that! Then the lady proceeded in attitude to ask if we had the app that the answer was on there. I dont understand ! Obviously I’m coming to the actual store for a reason. Terrible customer service !

If you are looking for a little help understanding your $1,300 iphone when you buy it, don't go there. They want to take your money and rush you out. You are on your own, customer service is not a thing.

I went to get assistance on syncing my contacts to my Apple Watch. The staff was attentive and ready to assist. Nicki and David were very helpful and didn’t give up until the problem was fixed. Prior to this, I had to reset my phone and watch about 4 times with the Verizon tech coach including 3 hours of wait time. Thanks for handling my issue promptly.
