We had a man with tattoos come to the house that came to ask us some questions and was sooooo rude. We had strays dropped off at our house and were taking care of them instead of taking them to the shelter and overcrowding it even more!!! He was a total jerk and did nothing but blame us for things.

It is not like the SPCA or a rescue. This is for strays that get picked up by Animal Control or dogs that were seized by Animal Control.
They are EXTREMELY busy networking to get as many animals out of there as possible! Call Ms.Cheryl , She's thee most Amazing lady!! She'll be more than happy to help you!! Let her know you can't see recent pics ect! Go ahead and let her know I told you to call!!!
