Store very well kept! Employees do not give any customer service 😒. You have to find an employee, like looking for a needle in a haystack, to receive any type of customer service! Even when you do find an employee, sometimes they don't even have answers to your questions 🙄!?!? Thankfully the place does have self checkout! 😂

Love the self checkout. Sam's use to be know for cheap prices and quality goods...but that is slowing changing.

True. If you buy in bulk at a cheaper price than reg. Grocer....Find someone to split price and purchase. Or maybe 2. I live alone and find bulk price is better on some things I like Ann's my friend likes too. Good for both of us.

It's probably because they installed self checkouts at all the Sam's. I've noticed that same thing at several Sam's. I suggest you send an email to their corporate office about your concern. That's what I did, & it worked because the store that I normally shop at has changed the way they treat their customers. Good luck.
They will deliver. But they will not take away old ones. This is because too many people have roaches, bed bugs, fleas and such and they dont want to get that in their warehouse and vehicles.
