The place is great .. very nice n the owner were very friendly 😊 it's great place to go to if u live near by has so many workout rooms n all equipment it clean n nice.. n the monthly fee is not bad at all I do recommend this place it's also very peaceful and people are so friendly ..

All of the classes have instructors . They also offer a one on one orientation on Saturday mornings by appointment only . Hope this helps
Hi Dennis. Sorry for the delayed response. All of our memberships are month to month. Our regular rate is $40/month, and we offer a discounted rate of $30/month to full time students, seniors (60+), members of military and law enforcement. There is a one time registration fee when you sign up. All classes offered at the gym are included in your membership.
Hi Gail. We do not have open house on Tuesday. We meet everyone by appointment only since we reopened post Covid.
Yes, the minimum age allowed with a parent or guardian is 14. Without a parent or guardian is 16. We do required a parent’s signature for all minor’s memberships.
