We purchased a deck railing. Once it arrived we decided the design would need to be changed, resulting in a change in materials. We were not allowed to exchange, we had to purchase the new parts and wait a "few days" for our refund. Additionally there would be a restocking fee. The restocking fee turned out to be 25% ($340). The "few days" to get our refund turned into 3 weeks. Several phone calls, emails were not answered. When we presented in person they blamed us for changing the design. Horrible customer service. Will not do business with this establishment again. Highly recommend Espy Lumber for your building material needs.
