We have mandatory mask wearing, cleaning of all touch points, hand sanitizers at all entry points including at all desks, bathrooms, offices and waiting rooms. Wating room chairs socially distanced. Constant cleaning and sanitizing of vehicles in service and sales. Sanitizing of desks before and after customer contact. We follow CDC recommendations.

If I'm not mistaken no but the entrance you speak of is the rear and that's for Service and Parts which is located on the ground floor but they have two Front entrances that's wheel chair accessible which will allow easy entry for all.
