Absolutely the worst service I have ever received in my life. I asked them to leave my old tiers in the car they never returned it I have no idea what chris and his team did with them? I had to come to this facility 2 times in 1 week because chris misinformed me about what need to be done to fix my car. I was not giving ample Uber credits to get to home or work. I was not aware that the car would take so long before coming so I was not able to plan. I would never recommend this place to a friend or fellow tesla owner. The estimate also has numerous add on that I was told was it needed. I had to constantly message chris about what was going on with my own car.

Tesla does not have a conventional phone system. Most of their employees use cell phones exclusively. If you need sales or customer service there are 800 numbers. Otherwise, you will struggle to reach a person unless they have contacted you. They get a lot of unwanted solicitations so do not take offense. They are working hard to build the best cars in the world.
Technically they have new cars for sale. You'll need to visit Tesla's website to configure a car. Based on your configuration you'll get an expected delivery date. As others have said, CT doesn't allow them to sell cars on location in the state. This means you'll need to pick your car up in their NY location. Otherwise you're all set.

That would be the Tesla Model X. You can go to Tesla's website to configure one to see what it would cost. There are lots of variables like color, trim, battery size. They start at 88k though for a base level package. (With some tax incentives depending on when you get it)
Joe, I'm not sure what you are referring to, but this is not the right place for it. The service password for guests is abcd1234 I think you are asking about your tesla account password which no one will know but you. I would delete this question and ask a customer service representative to reset your password
Not currently, because of state law. It is a service center, and you can take delivery of a car ordered online, but they cannot currently sell cars at thus location.
