If I had any idea … and my car is still there. My child first year at college and her brakes messed up the first weekend she wants to come home. We dropped to this Firestone… ugh … they did the brakes but when my daughter left , smoke came from the car. Yes smell is normal but not this amount of smoke. She took it back and they drove them took immediately back in. Obviously something wasn’t right. But that was after they were rude and treated her like she was stupid. They then went back in and needed to then fix a caliber after that but will only fix one and claims we need to pay for other. Really they should do the right thing and fix both since someone didn’t do brakes the correct way ..

Not a pleasant experience, customer service could be better. Young man with scull cap was not cooperative.
