Me and my husband were on the side of the road with a flat tire right around the corner from this place. We were calling to figure out if they plugged tires, if they had used tires, the right tire for his car, and what their prices were. Every time we called and asked about getting the tire plugged they got quiet. Never answered the question or said anything else besides hello and thank you for calling. We thought it was phone errors. Maybe a bad connection, but we called multiple times and they did the same thing every time. If you don’t plug tires that’s all that needed to be said. We could’ve went from there and figured out and got what we needed. Tire being plugged was just the cheapest 1st option.
