Terrible experience on 7/7/22. I paid $40 on pump 6. When I went out to pump it wasn’t pumping. I went back and told the cashier Erica. She told me she heard pump 2. She told me what I could do Is go and talk to the the lady who was pumping my gas. I said I’m not going to be arguing with a complete stranger that’s crazy. Erica was very rude. She said well “I can’t do anything and I’m not paying for your gas with my money.” She proceeded to help the next customer and ignore me. All the customers that were there left the store and said that what she was doing was wrong!!. And management can check the cameras around 4:08 to confirm all that I am saying. Very unprofessional and very disappointing customer service. Sadly this place lost several customers and reputation. Erica told me I could go at 6:00am the next day to speak with someone in management. I told her I would need a note explaining what happened along with my receipt, So the person would believe me the next day. I also asked if she could please write her name on it since she was the cashier. She refused to.

Been coming here for like 20 years. It a nice place, but it’s always busy.

Have Faith

I'll keep coming as long as I can continue to pump my gas from the outside. The inside of the store has an odor I cannot stand. Along with barely anyone wearing a mask.
