Terrible customer service. I made an appointment online for notary public services. Once I arrived, I was told the notary had left for the day and when I brought up the fact that I had made an appointment online the manager just turned his back and stated it was nothing he could do about it. Smh I will never do business with this location again.

It was very busy... The attendant was rude and did not know how to perform his job. He even let a customer behind the counter so the customer could do his job for him. I got a drop off and a package that need to be boxed and sent. He told me that the drop off was going to a Po box and that they don't send packages to Po boxes. The address was clear and was not a Po box. This will be the last time that I use this location... Do yourself a favor and go to the one located in Dave Lyle Ave.
