So glad we found Prostone. They helped us design our new kitchen cabinetry, which we are loving, and had it installed in a few days. It took longer than we anticipated, but that’s because Prostone was so meticulous with their measurements. The cabinets and countertops are gorgeous! Love all the soft close doors and drawers, lazy Susan and huge pantry. So easy to clean. David and his staff were so friendly and readily available. Expensive, but worth it. Would recommend for sure! Prostone was contracted by Hardwoods Unlimited to furnish and install our kitchen countertops last week. The day of installation they had one seam in a 12 foot section. I was in my shop when they finished the installation. They informed my wife they had finished. She looked at the job then told them where I was but she was told they didn't need to speak to me. I was surprised when I saw the truck pull off. Everything looked ok except for the 1 seam. The pieces were slightly tilted. After showing it to the Hardwoods supervisor the next day he called them and arranged for it to be fixed. The tile backsplash was scheduled to be installed the day after the countertops and was installed on schedule by Hardwoods Unlimited. The Prostone employee came the following day. The seam looks fine after the repair except for the last 2-1/2" before the backsplash. Prostone employee told me he couldn't get all of it due to the backsplash. I explained the backsplash was not there when they installed the countertop. Bottom line: It took their employee 3+ hours to polish what he did, the crew did not want to take the time to do it correctly the day of installation. Now I feel stuck with it and they have an unhappy customer.
