We bought our kitchen cabinets 2 yrs ago from a designer. From the time they were installed we have had nothing but chips in them and now signs of wear are showing. It is only my husband & I in the house no children! Very disappointed and suggest you stay away from ULTRACRAFT at all cost!!!

I feel bad for the cabinet dealer. They treated me well, but the cabinets themselves are sold as a premium semi custom product and they have VERY BAD quality control. VERY low quality veneers I was frankly surprised. The finish is inconsistent, a drawer panel was cut improperly, one had a noticeable long gouge filled at the factory. When I tried to get waranty replacements for 2 bad panels, none of the replacement panels matched in color. Left me with the choice of keeping the bad panels or haveing a noticeable mismatch (I kept the bad panels). We like our kitchen fine because the design is great (we did that ourselves). The cabinets were the most expensive, and most dissapointing part of the project.

We spent ~$25K on our kitchen cabinets and we ultimately found them no better than what we could have bought at IKEA. We had to wait several months beyond the scheduled delivery/install date. Despite the delay, some cabinets, all door glass, and other items were missing (it has been about 7 months and we STILL do not have these items!). The cabinets were rubbed in many spots and the veneer is already coming off. Feels like quite the rip-off to us. Shop around before buying from this company!
