Great People - Great Service, Rob and Rita went out of their way to help me with the recall of my 2021 Polaris Ranger, it was in and out within the same day! The receptionist Courtney was very professional and accommodating! They are a real dealer and I can not ask for better service than what they already provided me!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I CALL TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT ON OCTOBER 12 2021 AND THE LADY WHO WORKS AT THE COUNTER SHE TOLD ME I WAS ALREADY ON SCHEDULE FOR THE FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER I CALLED THEM TODAY TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT AND SHE NEVER PUT ME ON SCHEDULE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE IS A LIAR, WHEN I QUESTION HER SHE JUST FAIL WITH A WHOLE BUNCH OF EXCUSES AND LIES THIS IS THE TYPE PEOPE WHO WILL TAKING CARE ON YOUR APPOINTMENTS REQUEST ,,GOOD LUCK

To all looking for a one on one experience with repair/maintenance help. This family owned business is the place to be. Tim and everyone in the shop are extremely detailed and talented dealing with Polaris machines. They will always keep you informed about your machine and that’s something you do not get from many “dealers”. I’ve heard horror stories about long waits and complete neglect on machines from people I know who have dealt with other dealers. Herman’s performance cares about your machines with a passion.
