One of the things I enjoyed about buying from Kingdom was their flexibility, I could buy my winter pellets during the spring sale and pick them up as I needed (usually 2 pick ups of 3-4 tons). Now, you must pick them all up by August, the spring sale now only benefits those customers who can store their entire spring sale purchase. We've had this arrangement for over 5 years, some advance notice would have been nice, maybe I would have had time to build a bin!

I have been a customer for 3 years...spent a large amount of money buying a pellet boiler from kingdom...now they delivered me 4 tons of pellets that are bad...they caused havoc with my boiler...I have had to service it everyday to clean Klinkers Slag n half burned pellets out of it. Ran tests with new pellets to be positive in my conclusion. I have spoke to Wendy trying to contact a manager, called Friday sat Monday n Tues...yet no one will contact me back to solve this problem...I can not in good conscience recommend anyone doing business with this company...they do not stand behind their product To bring everyone up to speed, I have had to change my review of this company as the old owner personally came out to my house with his boys and not only corrected the situation but impressed me very much. There may have been some issues in the past year but the owner has shown me that the problems are getting resolved. So I now realize that I would definitely recommend this company in the future...yes they may have hit a rough patch but Ephraim has shown me that they are correcting issues and solving problems now. Thank you Ephraim I appreciate that

My spouse and I ordered pallets of firewood from Kingdom for the last 3 years in a row. The 1st 2 years the wood was a very good quality.. This year it was awful!! We received more bark then actual wood.. I have spent the last several weeks trying to speak to somebody at Kingdom about the change in their firewood. I sent pictures and finally got a call from Brian. He said he would look into it and get back to me. That was Nov 23rd and to date no call back even after I've called and left messages. It is unfortunate because you can't get pallets of firewood delivered from just anywhere. I might as well have taken the $473 I spent on this wood and burned it my fireplace instead. Do not order wood from here. This year will be my last order.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We scheduled a delivery of pellets for a Friday afternoon. They did not show up …
