Poor communication with poor installation. Quarter windows are cut short, I’ll give the back window some time but initially there are A LOT of bubbles. I’ll likely take it somewhere else and pay twice to have it repaired. Would not recommend from first time experience. If you have a MK3 VW be prepared to be told clean lines aren’t an option. As a positive my door windows look fine. I like using local business. Just not this one. Quick update: asked for 35% and got 42%. Quarter windows are majorly peeling off. Just, what a waste of cash.

I have previously had my vehicles tinted here, but after my most recent experience I would recommend staying far far away from here - especially if you want a quality job done for the price (and somehow a vehicle being older alters your experience without you being informed, who knew?) We were quoted 2-3 hours, called after 4.5 hours and 0 communication and were told “there’s one window left, it’s an older car so it takes a little longer.” Why were we only quoted 2-3 hours if they expected the job to take longer? Also why were we never notified that the job would take longer after the initial quoted timeframe? The shop claims to have “called and texted” from their computer and shop phone, however refused to actually show proof of such and just kept saying the phone number they should have reached with random times as though that verifies they did in fact try. I have used this shop before and they contacted me no issues the last several times, at this phone number even, so how would their calls and texts suddenly not got through now when nothing has changed other than the vehicle being serviced today? Now down to the install. So many issues. There are gaps in the side windows. The edges were peeling before we even touched the car or walked in to pay. There’s excess tint that was not trimmed but instead shoved into the trim around the window. The edges on the rear windshield are sloppy, and that’s being considerate. The excuse we received? “Oh, we always do it like that. It’s because of the model.” So you mean to say that because of the model of the vehicle you intentionally do a poor quality install? How does that make any sense? To make things better, apparently the model we brought in was part of their group where they charge an absurd amount more due to “vehicle complexity.” Prior to this we didn’t realize a sedan would cost SO more than the literal WAGONS I had done here previously (y’know, full size 5 window vehicles). This business had MULTIPLE opportunities to let this be made known, between when we called in to make the appointment (when again, we were quoted 2-3 hours for the install), yet again when we brought the vehicle in (which pretty much nothing was gone over short of what percentage tint we wanted, and nobody ever even confirmed whether the percentage we wanted was even actually available, let alone what grade we preferred because they have three options available), and of course AGAIN when I had to call to find out the status over an hour and a half after our quoted time only to find out it STILL wasn’t done. Three different associates, three different opportunities to discuss price, 0 talking about it done because we were rushed through our interactions every time. TL;DR - pay the extra money for an actual good install literally anywhere else. At least they’ll contact you, quote you properly, and provide customer service instead of disservice. 0/10 would not recommend.
