I have been a customer at Extra Space Storage since 2019. I have had a couple storage units through out my life in Virginia Beach, Nags Head , Elizabeth City and Raleigh. I have to say that I have had the best experience with company and location. 98% of the time I have worked with Ray. She goes above and beyond to make help . She kindly gives a friendly reminder I am a little late. Always had a very pleasant attitude. Every time she answers the phone you can hear it in her voice that she loves what she does and that goes a long way these days and customer service because there's a lot of people that do it just for the paycheck.
